What should I expect after my first order has been placed?

The first time you use our service, place your laundry and dry cleaning in any separate disposable bag of your choice. Label the bags with your first and last name along with ‘wash and fold’ or ‘dry cleaning’. We don’t expect you to be home during the pickup, so simply leave your bags where we can access them. When we return it to you the next day your clean clothes will be in our tote and/or laundry bags.

You will be notified via text that your order has been picked up, processed and then notified when it has been delivered.
